The Logistics Operations Manager will be responsible for managing our in house crew and the daily in state and out of state trucks. Candidate must be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and organization, while incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better and efficient results.QualificationsOperations Management skills with a focus on maintaining efficient workflows and processesStrong Analytical Skills and ability to track and interpret Key Performance IndicatorsExpertise in Logistics in regard to in house delivery crews. Customer Service skills to ensure a seamless experience for stakeholdersEffective problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesStrong communication and organizational skillsBachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is a plusExperience in logistics or a similar operational role is highly desirableDuties and Key Responsibilities· Promptly resolves problems relating to transportation, logistics systems and customer issues· Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes.· Maintains metrics, reports and process documentations.· Oversee all delivery related aspects· Create and manage shows/tents set ups and breakdowns· Create load diagrams· Other tasks assigned by Upper ManagementRequired Skills· Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Project Manager)· Organization· Self-Starter· Detail OrientedWork ScheduleMonday through Friday6am - 4pmOn call (Weekends)Job Type: Full-timeSalary range: $100,000 - $110,000
