If you need any additional support or adjustments, please reach out and we’ll be happy to help.The RoleWe are hiring a Senior Product Manager — Risk Platform to join the Product team at Frame.This role is responsible for building and scaling the systems that protect the platform — including fraud detection, credit exposure monitoring, transaction controls, and internal tooling for risk analysts — enabling Frame to safely support complex, high-compliance payment use cases.You will work closely with Engineering, Risk Operations, Compliance, and external partners.What will you do?Own the risk platform roadmap, including fraud, credit risk, and compliance systemsBuild internal risk operations tooling (investigation workflows, case management, audit logs)Design and scale transaction monitoring and risk scoring systemsDevelop credit exposure and payout guardrails (balance checks, funding validation, enforcement logic)Implement geo-compliance and merchant risk controlsIdentify manual workflows and drive automation of repeatable risk decisionsPartner with risk and compliance teams to translate operational needs into scalable systemsWhat we require3-5 years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, payments, or a fast-paced startupExperience building platform infrastructure or internal toolsFamiliarity with payments systems (ACH, card networks, processors)Experience working closely with engineering on complex systemsAbility to operate in ambiguity and break down complex problems into structured solutionsStrong cross-functional collaboration and communication skillsYou are someone who:Enjoys solving complex problemsThrives in fast-paced environmentsIs comfortable with ambiguity and building structureTakes ownership and moves quicklyCares about quality and getting things rightThe Fun stuffCompetitive base salary: $160,000 – $200,000Equity in a VC-backed LA fintechUnlimited PTOHealth, dental, and vision benefits + wellness budgetLos Angeles office with daily lunch and stocked kitchenRelocation package offeredLife at FrameThe way we build products at Frame is grounded in our values.
