Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by managing inventory, production of our products, fulfilling orders, and maintaining a safe working environment. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Responsibilities Attention to detail is required With production of our products. Manage inventory control processes, production of inventory, including receiving, storing, and shipping products. Assist in order fulfillment by picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment. Maintain accurate inventory records. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to streamline operations and improve efficiency. Build and organize product displays as needed within the warehouse. Qualifications Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred, particularly in roles involving shipping and receiving. Familiarity with inventory management systems and processes. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to warehouse safety is beneficial. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and continuous improvement. Ability to consistently lift up to 50 lbs throughout the day. Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods.
