Position SummaryContractorRemoteWork you'll doThe Services You Will Provide The Deloitte Project TeamWe are seeking an experienced Paid Media Contractor to conduct paid media strategy, planning, activation, and performance management across our Consulting Services, Enterprise, and SGM teams. This role will serve as a strategic and operational lead, translating business priorities into integrated paid media programs across search, social, and programmatic channels. The ideal candidate brings strong paid media expertise, executive presence, and the ability to lead across a highly matrixed organization while partnering closely with internal marketers, agency teams, and cross-functional collaborators to drive measurable business outcomesRoles And Responsibilities Drive the development of paid media strategies aligned to business and go-to-market priorities for Consulting Services, Enterprise, and SGM teams, including audience strategy, KPI definition, channel mix, budget allocation, and flighting. Own end-to-end campaign planning and activation across paid search, paid social, and programmatic channels, ensuring campaigns are launched accurately, on time, and against clear performance objectives. Partner with internal marketing, brand strategy, creative, digital production, marketing technology, measurement, finance, and operations teams to drive coordinated execution. Lead day-to-day collaboration with external media agency partners, including briefing, reviewing recommendations, pressure-testing plans, and holding teams accountable to delivery timelines and KPIs. Ensure activation readiness through campaign build oversight, QA, tagging, tracking, governance, and measurement planning. Monitor campaign performance and deliver weekly and monthly reporting that clearly communicates results versus plan, key insights, optimization actions, and recommendations. Use data and testing to identify performance drivers, optimize investments, and improve future campaign planning through documented learnings and forecasting. Advise business and marketing leaders on paid media strategy, trade-offs, and opportunities, with the ability to present recommendations and rationale to senior stakeholders. Lead and coach junior team members, providing guidance on campaign strategy, execution, and professional development. Stay current on digital media trends, platform changes, and emerging opportunities, translating them into practical recommendations for the business.Qualifications7–8+ years of experience in digital marketing and paid media, including hands-on activation and optimization experience. Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related discipline. Proven experience building and activating paid media programs across paid social, paid search, and programmatic channels. Experience working in a center of excellence or similarly matrixed enterprise environment, ideally within a global corporation or professional services organization. Strong understanding of targeting, bidding, budget pacing, creative testing, conversion measurement, reporting, and optimization. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, shifting priorities, and competing deadlines across diverse stakeholders. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify implications, and recommend actions.
