Headquartered in Barcelona, Spain, we operate across 9 international subsidiaries, including Vent贸s USA Inc., based in Kenilworth, NJ.As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our U.S. team. This is a key position to strengthen client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and contribute to the success of a global leader in our sector.ResponsibilitiesAct as the main point of contact for customers, providing outstanding service and follow-up.Process and manage orders, shipping documentation, and logistics coordination.Identify and assess customer needs, collaborating with Sales, QC, and Logistics teams.Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and problem-solving attitude.Support contract management, stock allocation, and basic accounting operations.Coordinate sample and documentation requests.Profile3+ years of experience in customer service or related roles.Fluent in English; Spanish or French is a plus.Strong communication skills, proactive and team-oriented.Organized, reliable, and able to work independently.Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel), Dynamics NAV, and Google Workspace.What do we offer?Be part of a growing global company in the Flavors & Fragrances industry.Hybrid working model (4 days in-office, 1 day remote).A dynamic environment with opportunities for professional growth.馃殌 Ready to make an impact?
