Role Description This full-time on-site Store Manager role is located in Frederick, MD. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensuring team and individual performance meet company standards. Responsibilities include managing staff, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing sales opportunities. The Store Manager will mentor and lead the team to create an exceptional customer experience while achieving operational efficiency.
