If you want to join an industry-leading company that focuses on your professional growth and development, we'd love to hear from you!The Iron Pourer will safely and efficiently pour molten metal into molds in accordance with established quality criteria and guidelines in order to ensure the integrity of the castings produced.What You'll Do:For each job run, check and compare information on the alloy addition board with the following card data, including temperature information, Ladle Hang Time and Test Bars neededAlloy ladles as iron is taken and slag each ladleMonitor temperature of iron for each ladle of ironClean weights, jackets and ladles as requiredKeep work area clean and orderlyPour Test Bars as needed with the lab personnelPerform any and all other job-related tasks as assignedWhy You'll Love Working for Us:Comprehensive Benefit Package including Medical, Dental, Vision coverages.Insurance: Life, Supplemental Life, Short and Long-Term Disability.401(K) MatchPaid Vacation and HolidaysEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)PPE allowancesWhat We Need from You:High school diploma or GED preferred.One to two years' manufacturing experience preferred.Must be able to stand, bend, twist, knell, walk for 10+ hours.Must be able to push, pull or lift up to 50 pounds.Must be able to work in an extremely hot environment.Must be able to pass pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check.Must be able to pass respirator fit test and comply with requirements when working in regulated areas.Ability to read and comprehend work instructions and following cards.
