Venue Entry Specialist, District Wide - Eligibility Pool, In House Only (Substitutes May Apply), 2025/26 SY

Requirements / QualificationsApplicants interested in this position must, electronically, complete a current online EdJoin application. Responsibilities for Entry Specialist Report 15 minutes prior to gate opening and report to Lead at the gate Wear assigned uniform/vest Support Lead as needed Arrange 2 tables for search area Make sure IPad or screen is ready and visible Check any spectator bag or person if they are referred from the Lead or an alert from the Evolve System Once spectator is clear, have the spectator enter the game If there is any indication of a weapon, call the Officer immediately. The Officer will handle all weapons. If there are any issues or concerns, contact the Lead, Officer, and/or Admin on duty at the gate. Assist in clean up as assignedEvolve Detection System and Responsibilities The Evolve System will be used at all Varsity level football games for the 2025-26 season. If there is a JV/VAR game, back-to-back, on the same night, then the Evolve System will be used for entry into the JV game and Varsity game. We will have 2 levels of staff at the gate operating the Evolve System including 1 officer at each gate along with appropriate admin support. The 2 levels of Event Staff that will be operating the Evolve System will be a Lead and Entry Specialist. We will have 1 Lead and 2 Event Specialist at each gate. In addition, we will have 1 Officer at each gate to support the Event Staff. Administration will also be required to support this team at the gates.
