Recruitment Coordinator
Robert Half Inc., a global leader in specialized talent solutions, is looking for a technical recruiter (hybrid sourcing & coordination) to work within the full-time placement recruitment division of Robert Half’s technology talent solutions line of business. The role is ideal for professionals who are looking to develop their career in recruitment. This person will begin their journey in a recruiting coordinator capacity providing support to senior recruiting managers and will receive best-in-class training aimed at later elevating this individual to a recruiting manager role which would entail B2B sales. ResponsibilitiesSource and recruit technical professionals using a variety of channels, including Robert Half’s proprietary database, LinkedIn, direct outreach/headhunting, public job boards (Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder), referrals, and networking eventsConduct candidate screening interviews to assess technical skills, career goals, and cultural fitPartner with senior recruiting managers to qualify candidates and align talent with client hiring needsSupport the recruitment lifecycle through scheduling, candidate coordination, and interview preparationParticipate in client meetings and job intake discussions to gain exposure to client requirements and recruiting strategiesLeverage AI-driven sourcing tools, automation, and data insights to identify high-quality talent and improve recruiting efficiencyMaintain accurate documentation and activity tracking within internal systemsRequirements Minimum 1 - 2 years’ experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales, marketing, and/or account management in a role such as business development manager, account manager, sales development representative, account executive, etc. 0-1+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or candidate sourcing is preferred.
