Catering Attendant For A Corporate CafeNot your typical work week, seeking individuals with a flexible schedule that wants to learn the ins & outs of catering corporate events!Please note that the schedule changes depending on events at the corporate campus. This includes nights & weekends at times. The manager provides schedule a week in advance.$22.50/hr plus $18/day meal voucher + Must be 25 years of age - Valid driver's license and pass a DMV checkLocation: Cupertino, CAGeneral Responsibilities:Pack and transport goods between kitchens, storage facilities, and event venuesExhibit high level of customer service and attention to detailWork with a sense of urgency and understand the importance of meeting deadlinesCommunicate with coworkers, managers, and customers in an articulate and approachable mannerBe able to read and understand BEOs, packing lists, event details, driving directions and any/all other details required in the preparation, set-up and execution of various eventsComply with standards for merchandising, stocking, and storing productParticipate in basic food assembly and presentationAssist with cleaning, stocking, and lifting items in all areas as requestedCorrectly follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelinesMaintain the highest standards of conduct and confidentialityCommunicate special requests and dietary restrictions efficiently and consistentlyMay also perform additional responsibilities as requested by supervisor or managerWorking Conditions:This position will spend long standing time periodsFast pace work environmentEnvironmental exposure to cold, heat, and waterLift up to 50 poundsMust be able to understand sanitation directionsLicense/Certification:Driver's License (Required)Food Handler's Certificate (Required)What's in this for you?Daily meal voucher ($18/a day value)Bi-weekly payGenerous bonus incentives offered for referrals!Language:English (Required)Work location: In person, Cupertino, CA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
