Our experienced team of SREs and DevOps engineers powerfully brings together these two ecosystems to drive better observability, availability, and deployment velocity across organizations of all sizes.We're looking for a Marketing Manager to own and drive the marketing strategy for our Datadog practice, one of RapDev's fastest-growing programs.You'll be the go-to marketing owner for everything Datadog: from partner co-marketing and joint events to content, social, SEO, webinars, and more. You'll work directly with Datadog's partner liaison team and collaborate cross-functionally with RapDev's sales and engineering teams. You'll own the budget, set the strategy, and drive the results.If you're a self-starter who loves building programs, managing multiple moving pieces, and working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this is the role for you.This role will be based in our Boston office, with an expectation of coming into the office Tuesday-Thursday each week.What You’ll DoDevelop and execute the end-to-end marketing strategy for RapDev's Datadog partner programServe as the primary marketing contact for Datadog partner liaisons; coordinate joint campaigns, co-branded materials, and partner eventsPlan and execute Datadog-focused events, webinars, conference sponsorships, and field marketing initiatives from concept through post-event reportingLead content strategy for the Datadog program, including blog posts, case studies, solution briefs, videos, and social contentOwn the Datadog-related web presence, including page strategy, copy, and ongoing SEO optimizationTrack, measure, and report on the performance of all Datadog marketing activities; take an ROI-driven approach to budget allocation and campaign decisionsDelegate tasks to marketing coordinators and freelancers, provide clear briefs, manage timelines, and ensure quality execution across all workstreamsWho You Are7-10 years of B2B marketing experience with demonstrated ownership of a program or channelExperience with partner or channel marketing is a strong plusProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from ideation through completionStrong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable with both technical and non-technical audiencesSME-level proficiency across core marketing tools — CRM, marketing automation, CMS, SEO, analytics, socialData-driven mindset: you measure what you do and use results to inform decisionsComfortable working with external partners, managing vendor relationships, and representing RapDev externallyAbility to work independently without significant oversight while keeping stakeholders informedComfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting prioritiesProactive, organized, detail oriented, and able to take projects from concept to final delivery with minimal directionFamiliarity with the Datadog ecosystem or cloud/DevOps/observability space is a plusCompensationBase Salary: $120,000-$145,000 annually, depending on experienceBenefits100% Employee Healthcare Coverage (Medical, Dental & Vision)Retirement Plan (5% 401k Match, IRA)Unlimited Paid Time Off (4-week minimum) (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)Parental LeaveFitness & Commuter Subsidies availableEquitySL & LT DisabilityRapDev is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
