Your leadership helps advance our mission of making communities healthier.More about our teamOur Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Unit includes 90 beds-20 dedicated to short-term rehabilitation and 70 to long-term care. Our interdisciplinary team consists of Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and Medication Aides who work collaboratively to provide high-quality, person-centered care.As an RN Supervisor, you will oversee nursing operations on your assigned shift, coordinate resident care, support staff performance, and ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. This role is essential in maintaining a safe, supportive, and high‐quality care environment for residents and staff.How you'll contributeAn RN Supervisor who excels in this role:Performs comprehensive resident assessments and develops individualized care plansImplements, evaluates, and revises care plans based on resident needs and clinical changesCoordinates admissions, transfers, and discharges to ensure smooth transitionsCollaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support resident careProvides clear communication and education to residents and familiesOversees medication administration, treatments, and clinical proceduresEnsures accurate, timely, and complete documentationAssigns and supervises LPNs and CNAs, ensuring competency and adherence to standardsSupports orientation, training, and ongoing development of nursing staffInvestigates concerns, resolves issues, and implements corrective actionsMaintains equipment, supplies, and a safe, organized work environmentParticipates in process improvement, regulatory readiness, and quality initiativesServes as Charge Nurse when assigned, coordinating staffing and unit operationsDemonstrates professionalism, calm leadership, and strong resident advocacyWhy join usWe believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
