Lead Housekeeper Fleischman Assisted Living

This position requires exemplary character and integrity be exhibited while carrying out the duties of this position. We have an opening for team oriented, full-time LEAD Housekeeper. Candidates must be self motivated, service oriented, and have experience leading a team of housekeepers. Housekeeper/Maintenance Essential Duties: Cleaning areas as assigned to include common areas, laundry room, restrooms, etc. of the facility Sweep, mop, vacuum hallways, stairs, and clean office spaces Trash removal Setting up rooms for functions, activities and meetings as well as taking down for clean up of area after activities. Cleaning vacant apartments. Assist with apartment turnovers. Other duties as assigned Leadership Duties: Direct daily assignments to housekeeping team Assists is all housekeeping duties to ensure cleaning standards are met Contributes to the team; exhibits professionalism with residents, fellow employees and others Monitor inventory supply to maintain sufficient materials Assist in interviewing and training new housekeepers Assist in manage staffing schedules JSL Prides itself on being an EEOC employer and we embrace diversity in our staff.
