Our team delivers advisory, government relations, and licensing services, providing clients with a trusted partner for strategic guidance, operational insight, and scalable solutions.About HeadmasterHeadmaster is FS Vector's proprietary training platform and learning management system built for fintech companies. It delivers compliance and operational training for companies inpayments, lending, deposit accounts, cards, and more. The platform is used by dozens of firms.The RoleWe're looking for a Training Platform Manager to own the day-to-day running of Headmaster. The platform is live, clients are active, and the roadmap has direction. The right person here executes well, communicates clearly, and keeps things moving.You'll sit at the center of the platform: coordinating content updates, handling client needs, supporting demos, and working with our technical team on improvements. You'll work closely with FS Vector advisors, operations, and marketing, so comfort operating across teams matters.ResponsibilitiesPlatform & Content CoordinationManage the production and publishing of training content in coordination with FS Vector subject matter experts, taking ownership of getting it into the platform correctly.Draft business and functional requirements documents (BRDs/FRDs) for platform enhancements, working with stakeholders to scope and ship improvements.Host recurring internal platform review sessions to align stakeholders on priorities, updates, and open issues.Document platform processes and maintain internal operational procedures.Client OperationsOnboard new clients onto Headmaster: configure accounts, set up training programs, and ensure a smooth launch.Handle day-to-day client support requests including login issues, user access, and reporting questions, escalating where needed.Generate training completion and program reports for clients on a regular basis.Support client integrations (e.g., onboarding/offboarding data) in coordination with client stakeholders.Sales SupportDeliver demos to prospective clients alongside the advisory team, and support the sales process with platform documentation and follow-up materials as needed.What We're Looking ForThe right person for this role is organized, responsive, and takes ownership without needing to be managed closely. You ask good questions, figure things out, and follow through.1-3 years of experience in a platform operations, client success, product operations, or similar role.Comfortable working with SaaS platforms and learning management systems (prior LMS experience is a plus).Clear written and verbal communicator; clients will interact with you regularly.Organized and detail-oriented: you can manage multiple workstreams without dropping anything.Self-sufficient: you take initiative, solve problems before escalating them, and own your workload day-to-day.Comfortable in a small team environment where the work is varied and priorities shift.Familiarity with financial services or fintech is helpful but not required.Ability to travel occasionally (~10%), primarily to Washington, D.C.Equal Opportunity EmploymentFS Vector provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment.
