In this role, you will review contracts and validate key contract attributes that have been extracted by AI and Relativity-based technology platforms. This is not a legal analysis or contract interpretation role. Instead, the primary focus is on accurately confirming whether specific contract data points have been captured correctly.The ideal candidate is highly organized, technology-savvy, and comfortable performing repetitive, detail-focused work while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.Key ResponsibilitiesReview a variety of contracts, including lease agreements, service agreements, property management agreements, and related commercial contractsValidate contract data extracted by AI and document review technology platformsConfirm the accuracy of approximately 50–60 contract attributes per agreementVerify key contract information, including:Contract execution datesTermination datesContracting partiesLimitation of liability provisionsOther defined contract data fieldsCompare extracted information against the underlying contract and identify discrepanciesMaintain established productivity and accuracy standards throughout the review processParticipate in training and onboarding to learn project-specific workflows and validation proceduresQualificationsPrior experience reviewing contracts, legal documents, or commercial agreements preferredExperience with Relativity is a plusStrong technical aptitude and ability to learn new software platforms quicklyExceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracyAbility to work independently in a remote environmentComfortable performing repetitive, process-driven workExperience in legal, contract administration, procurement, compliance, or document review environments is helpful but not requiredRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
