The candidate selected for this role will be an employee of Corestaff with a placement at Porsche Cars North America in Atlanta, GA.Position Overview:This position is instrumental for controlling inventory aspects for the Porsche Lifestyle and Tequipment wholesale business in the U.S. This position collaborates with product suppliers which is needed to achieve national targets for the Accessories business related to Porsche Lifestyle, Porsche Tequipment, and Porsche Design Timepieces. This position reports to the Manager, Accessories. Key skillsets include organization, process optimization, attention-to-detail, responsiveness, prioritization, self-starter, and data analysis.Roles & Responsibilities:Achievement of Lifestyle, Tequipment, and PD Timepiece targets, per annual goals.Administer over 700 SKUs within the Product Information Management (PIM) system while optimizing process with a focus on efficiencyMaintain accurate product data across all distribution channels including descriptions, imagery, SEO and categorizationAnticipate and calculate inventory requirements. Proactively control upstream supply chain.Analysis of current inventory including maintaining accurate codingReview and control downstream supply chainIdentification of system enhancements and supporting efforts for implementation.Continuous improvement of overall existing processes.Event and activation support to promote Lifestyle, Tequipment, and PD Timepiece products.Additional Responsibilities:Complete necessary training to maintain level of expertiseCreate and maintain current working instructions/process guidelinesCreate and maintain detective controls to mitigate risks; test controls to monitor compliancePromote PCNA culture and brand message when interacting with co-workers, dealers, and customersProper retention of electronic documents, business confidential information, and actively demonstrates an understanding of the need to safeguard competitive information in both electronic and non-electronic formatsProper usage of, awareness of, and compliance with IT security policies at PCNAHandle sensitive information where litigation arisesAll other duties assignedQualifications:Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain & Logistics or a related field of study3 year’s work experience preferred; preferably in the areas of supply chain operations or logisticsReporting, analytic, and project management experience is preferredAdvanced experience with standard MS Office applications (particularly MS Excel)Statistical data analysis (SAS JMP, R, MS Power Query, etc.) experience is a plusSkills:Independent work style, self-starter, extremely organized and structuredOutstanding problem-solving skills and attention to excellence/detailExperience in project management, marketing projects, and reportingAbility to work with a wide range of colleagues and internal/external partnersCapable of making decisions; often with limited information and/or timeGoal oriented, and thrives on product management and problem solvingStrong team player with excellent interpersonal skillsFunctions well under stress and easily adapts to changing scenariosPersistent, tenacious, adept at follow-upGerman language – a plus, but not requiredPhysical Requirements:While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to talk, hear, walk, sit, stand, climb stairs on occasion with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computerMust be able to lift 15 pounds at timesMust be able to effectively work and complete tasks in an open office/noisy environment
