Duties include leasing, resident relations, rent collection, and general office duties. Property Management software experience is a plus. In Property Management, our customers are our residents/community members. A strong attention to detail and a customer service mindset are desired. At Diverge, we aim to deliver Best-In-Class resident and guest experiences.Responsibilities:Perform all aspects of lead management, prompt lead response via phone and email communication, strategize lead follow up and obtain a high lead-to-tour and tour-to-lease conversion rateConsistent utilization of Diverge’s Property Management system (AppFolio) and CRM systemSet appointments, show timeliness and professionalism in representing the propertyCommunity leasing activities such as touring with prospective residents and processing applicationsManage resident correspondence and notices, by phone & emailMonitor collections, post rent payments, and enforce the collection policyAdministrative duties associated with the daily management of the buildingRespond to resident issues and complaints in a timely mannerPromote positive resident relations with exceptional customer serviceGeneral custodial tasks - cleaning common area surfaces, emptying trash bins, vacuuming, picking up exterior trash; generally doing what needs to be done to maintain a professional and well-kept appearanceRequirements:High School Diploma or GEDMinimum of 3 years of related experience in property managementExcellent customer service skillsProficient in Google/Microsoft Office SuiteDetail-oriented individual that will show care for the building’s interior and exterior appearanceAbility to work independently and follow procedures established by the corporate officePreferred Qualifications:4-year Degree or equivalent experience in property managementAppfolio (or similar) software experiencePhysical Requirements:Prolonged periods of standing and walking.Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces.Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.Benefits:401(k)Health insurancePaid time off
