The Program Manager for the Client ARC Flash Program is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the client's electrical safety compliance program across multiple facilities. This role ensures adherence to NFPA 70E standards, OSHA regulations, and client-specific electrical safety protocols. The Program Manager will coordinate with vendors, facility teams, and client stakeholders to execute arc flash studies, implement labeling programs, maintain compliance documentation, and drive continuous improvement in electrical safety practices.Primary Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management  Cultivate, own, and maintain a trusted working relationship with client representatives (JLL or external) and electrical safety service providers Communicate program status, compliance risks, and escalate issues to appropriate parties (manager, client, vendors, etc.) Manage and Support 3rd Party Vendors to complete ARC Flash in timely manner Serve as the primary point of contact for all ARC Flash Program-related inquiriesLeadership Lead and manage JLL staff including direct reports to deliver ARC Flash Program services Facilitate program review meetings including agendas and after-action item reports Exercise leadership and management skills in a matrixed environment to achieve compliance objectivesOperations Lead and manage all contracted electrical safety and arc flash study vendors, ensuring services are delivered consistently with agreement terms Coordinate and schedule arc flash studies, equipment evaluations, and label updates across the facility portfolio Manage work orders related to electrical safety inspections, equipment modifications, and label installations using the Corrigo CMMS system Ensure all arc flash labels are current, accurate, and properly installed per NFPA 70E requirements Oversee PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) assessments and ensure proper equipment availability Track and manage electrical safety training requirements and certifications for facility staff Ensure all program activities follow company, Master Service Agreement (MSA) requirements, OSHA, NFPA 70E, and client standards Demonstrate a strong understanding of electrical systems, short circuit analysis, and arc flash hazard calculation methodologiesTravel Required: up to 50%Financial Build and manage ARC Flash Program operating budgets - including monitoring, analyzing, and accurate reporting adherence Understand, explain, and report results and variances Manage budgetary requests, analysis, and operational reporting: monthly and quarterly, as needed Review and approve vendor invoices related to arc flash studies, equipment modifications, and labeling services Read and understand the applicable Service Level Agreements and associated financial impactProgram & Project Management Apply a programmatic approach to multi-year arc flash compliance cycles and equipment upgrades Lead, manage, and assist JLL operations team with tactical planning, goals, objectives, and execution of program milestones Recommend, plan, and execute continuous improvements in electrical safety practices Maintain comprehensive program documentation including study reports, one-line diagrams, equipment data, and compliance records Develop and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for program compliance and safety outcomes Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for any electrical safety incidents or vendor failures and support client RCAs Coordinate with facility mechanical teams when electrical work impacts building systems Lead coordination meetings with electrical contractors, vendors, and facility stakeholders Perform other duties, activities, or projects as assignedJob Requirements Work from client facility 3-5 days per week. Undergraduate degree in electrical engineering, engineering technology, or related field recommended Minimum 5 years in electrical safety program management, facility management, or electrical engineering in commercial/critical facilities Strong knowledge of NFPA 70E, NEC, OSHA electrical safety standards, and arc flash hazard analysis methodologies Experience managing arc flash studies, electrical safety programs, or electrical infrastructure projects across multi-building operations Self-motivated to work in a remote environment with ability to travel to multiple sites Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate technical electrical safety concepts in both oral and written reports Strong organizational skills and collaborative management style Strong proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (for reporting and reconciling data) Strong proficiency in CMMS systems (Corrigo preferred) Familiarity with arc flash calculation software (e.g., SKM, ETAP, EasyPower) is a plus Valid California driver's license
