Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) ABA

Kutamani Developmental Services, LLC (KDS) is a behavioral and mental health service provider with a unique holistic care approach for children in the PA region! Managed by Administrators with a combined 40+ years of experience in working with infants, toddlers, children and youth with unique abilities. We are NOW HIRING BHTs Full-Time and Part-Time to join the KDS team! What will you do as a BHT Provide direct 1:1 ABA services to clients within the home and/or community settings. Implement the child's treament plan and goals under the supervison of a BCBA. Collect data to demonstrate client’s progress. Complete session notes. Participate in agency required trainings and supervision. Minimum Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age Must have a high school diploma or GED Completion of 40-hour training covering the RBT Task List Must pass background check upon hire Reliable transportation Summary BHTs are responsible for providing comprehensive/focused behavioral intervention services to clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental delays. Part-time/Full-time position (days and hours of work are Monday through Friday), hours will fluctuate based on workload and client schedule with occasional weekend work based on client need.
