Looking for a seasoned executive interested in securing the last board seat of a high profile early-stage SaaS performance automation company. Join an existing team of highly successful and talented board members. Knowledge of advanced technology applications is not required. An investment of $50k for 1% equity in the firm is required!! ResponsibilitiesThe right candidate will sit on two committees out of five committee options (strategic partners, capital raise, human capital development, technology roadmap or customer experience) depending on your background and interest. The board meets live once a year and conducts one hour virtual sessions monthly with expenses are paid by the firm.QualificationsTo qualify a candidate must have a solid educational and career background, posses a persona that fits in well with a diverse team of leaders and be willing to participate as needed to help the firm achieve an exit strategy.
