We are looking for dedicated laborers, carpenters, concrete finishers, and foremen to work on projects throughout St. Louis County and St. Charles County. Our ideal candidates are reliable, safety-conscious, and have prior experience on commercial concrete jobs.Important hiring note: Sweetens Concrete is a signatory contractor. Therefore, all hires must either already be enrolled in a union or will join a union upon hire. Compensation varies by union and classification, with top pay up to $41 per hour based on the applicable union scale. We evaluate experience and qualifications to determine placement and pay.What we expectProven experience in commercial concrete flatwork (preferred)Ability to follow plans, specifications, and direction from foremen and superintendentsStrong work ethic, punctuality, and teamworkAdherence to jobsite safety protocolsWe are looking to expand immediately and have several positions to fill quickly.
