Assembly Finisher - Second Shift

Location: Kiel, WIHours: Monday-Friday, 2 PM - 10:30 PM (sometimes until 12:30 AM), with occasional 5-hour Saturday shifts from 4:30 AM to 9:30 AMPay: $24.25/hourSign-on Bonus: $3,000Perform grinding, finishing, fabrication, and assembly to meet production needs. Use knowledge of finish requirements, tooling, and procedures to plan and execute tasks, including setting up equipment and performing welds. Maintain tools and work area for safety and efficiency, handle materials responsibly, and follow housekeeping and safety standards. Communicate issues to supervisors and assist colleagues as needed.
