Job Description3E Management, LLC (“3E”) is searching for a Spring 2025 Asset Management Intern to assist with data management and reporting for Private Equity Real Estate clients. The role will support the Finance Team with data collection and analysis, model creation, creating visually appealing and professional reports, maintaining the live deal tracker, and other Ad-Hoc projects as needed. The ideal candidate would be expected to work 10-15 hours each week in the office.Affiliated CompaniesTop Shelf Models - a company which sells template Excel models for underwriting real estate acquisitions and developments (www.tsmfinancialmodels.com)Top Shelf Academy - a company that certifies students in a variety of real estate finance topics (www.tsmfinancialacademy.com)Responsibilities·      Assist with creating and managing existing data reporting pipelines.·      Perform data extraction and data management while ensuring accuracy. ·      Build reports, dashboards, data visualizations and various data presentation formats.·      Assist with the creation and timely delivery of monthly Asset Management Reports. ·      Assist with the creation of Real Estate Underwriting Models. ·      Underwrite preliminary information into template Models. ·      Maintain the Underwriting Deal Tracker. ·      Improve current processes and workflows. ·      Ad Hoc projects and responsibilities as assigned.Qualifications·      The internship is designed for driven analytical candidates with a strong academic background, preferably in business, accounting, finance, data management, or real estate. ·      Applicants should be self-motivated, creative, and disciplined, and exhibit a demonstrated interest in the commercial real estate industry.·      Requires knowledge of basic financial terms, concepts, and accounting principles.·      Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint & Excel).·      Strong attention to detail with the ability to review large amounts of financial data. ·      Strong presentation skills with the ability to effectively present information.·      Strong written and verbal communication skills.·      Ability to work independently and collaboratively.·      Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks by level of importance.·      Ability to anticipate management’s needs and to propose solutions. ·      Must uphold the highest level of professionalism, as well as confidentiality.  Firm Profile 3E Management, LLC is led by Eric Bergin, who has over 22 years of experience in real estate and finance. In 2016, Mr. Bergin founded 3E, a consulting company that provides financial and strategic analysis to private equity companies and developers around the world. Prior to forming 3E, Mr. Bergin was a Director at Rockpoint Group and was responsible for the finance group, as well as certain acquisitions, asset management, and investor reporting activities. Mr. Bergin started his career as an Associate at Pricewaterhouse Coopers, where he had responsibilities in the financial advisory services group.
