You will perform responsibilities related to the relevant stages of the Records Lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesFollow policies and confidentiality mandates to safeguard Company dataReceive and scan physical department documentation into records repositoryParticipate in Company core value and safety activities Task and Project TrackingCreate task/project tracking mechanism(s), generally comprised of excel spreadsheets or SharePoint listsAssign metadata to tracked items allowing for progress determination and metrics assessmentProvide professional written or visual updates of task/project progress and obstacles to completionOrganize, process and file records according to Company specifications in both electronic and physical filing systemsIndex records by inputting associated metadata into both electronic and physical filing systems according to Company proceduresCollaborate with other departmental personnel for records relay to and from offsite storageAssign and apply nomenclature according to established Company specifications Records Management/UsageHelp research records and fulfilling record requestsComplete record comparisonsRecords Maintenance/DispositionPerform special records-related data scrubbing assignmentsUnder guidance from enterprise personnel, follow records retention and disposition specificationsQualifications Experience as a Records Clerk (preferred) 2 or more years of experience General knowledge of the Records Lifecycle, records filing and retrieval, and retention Experience using the Microsoft Suite of applications Physically able to lift up to 25 pounds High school diploma or equivalentOur Safety Pledge To YouIf you are as committed to your success as we are committed to your safety, then this is the position for you!
