This role sits at the center of execution, strategy, and innovation - translating performance data into growth decisions that scale. You won’t just manage campaigns - you’ll define how they improve over time. From forecasting to creative testing to system-building, you’ll be responsible for delivering measurable impact, driving client retention, and pushing performance beyond benchmarks.What You’ll OwnPaid Media Strategy & Execution:Own end-to-end campaign strategy across a portfolio of CPG brands, spanning Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Google, and emerging platformsContinuously optimize performance across the funnel to improve CAC, ROAS, and volumeIdentify and execute on scaling opportunities across brands and campaignsPerformance OptimizationOwn day-to-day performance across accounts, translating strategy into consistent optimization and iterationDiagnose and resolve performance issues, tracking inconsistencies, and inefficienciesTranslate insights into clear action plans that drive measurable growthOwn performance during pilot phases—using early results to convert short-term engagements into long-term, evergreen client relationshipsForecasting & Media PlanningBuild strategic media plans aligned to client growth targets and budgetsDevelop and maintain performance forecasts, modeling spend, acquisition, and efficiencyPartner with leadership on scenario planning for scaling accountsCreative Strategy & TestingLeverage creative-level data to inform content strategy and directionDesign and lead structured testing frameworks that generate repeatable learningsPartner with Client Success and Content team to iterate on high-performing conceptsInsights & Client ImpactOwn performance storytelling - translating data into clear, actionable narrativesPartner with Client Success to communicate results, strategy, and opportunitiesEnsure reporting reflects true performance and supports decision-makingUse insights as a lever to strengthen client relationships - supporting pilot success and long-term retentionProduct CollaborationAct as a key stakeholder in internal tools and workflows that power media executionCollaborate with Product and Data teams to improve reporting, automation, and optimization systemsHelp build scalable processes that improve efficiency across the teamWhat They’re Looking For2-4 years of experience in paid media or performance marketingExperience working with CPG or consumer brands (DTC experience strongly preferred)Proven experience managing and scaling campaigns across social and video platformsStrong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google SheetsExperience owning performance metrics such as CAC, ROAS, and conversion rateAbility to manage multiple accounts while maintaining high attention to detailStrong communicator who can translate data into clear insights and recommendationsExperience using AI tools to enhance workflows, analysis, or campaign performanceProactive, systems-minded, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environmentJob-3585394
