ResponsibilitiesThe Safety Manager in Holly Springs, NC supports specific project needs by ensuring best practices are implemented, safety compliance requirements are met, and enhance a culture of safety.Oversee all aspects of the commercial construction project within the pharmaceutical facility ensuring OSHA complianceConduct daily safety meetingsComplete accident reports and conduct accident investigationsDaily safety audits and inspectionsOversee all subcontractors and contractorsWrite job hazard analysis (JHA) and health & safety plans (HASP)Lead a team of 3+ Construction Safety staffQualificationsMinimum 10+ years of direct construction safety experience requiredWorking knowledge pharmaceutical safety protocolsOSHA 510 requiredAdvance knowledge of construction safety standardsGreat verbal and written communicationAbility to coach and mentor in all facets of the construction safety processProficient Microsoft Office skillsEmbody HazTek's Core Values of Integrity, Compassion, Dependability, Leadership, Accountability* Must have large Capital Project experience as well as leadership experienceOverviewHazTek Safety Management is a full-service, objective safety partner, founded in 1997.
