Our mission is to empower children and their families with effective strategies that build lasting skills and positive outcomes.Role DescriptionThis is an on-site Behavior Technician role located in Merkel, TX. As a Behavior Technician, you will work directly with children diagnosed with autism to implement individualized ABA therapy plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing behavioral interventions, collecting and analyzing data, and collaborating with supervisors to monitor progress. You will play a key role in teaching essential life skills while supporting the overall development of children in a structured and nurturing environment.QualificationsExperience working with individuals with mental or behavioral challengesExperience with Behavioral Intervention strategies and the ability to implement tailored plansStrong Communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, families, and team membersKnowledge of Psychology and its relevance to developmental and behavioral careHigh level of patience, empathy, and problem-solving abilitiesHigh School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is a plusCertified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willing to obtain certificationReliable transportation and ability to work flexible hours as needed
