The PTA will report to a PT onsite. This center prioritizes quality 1:1 care over speed, offering an exceptional environment for professionals dedicated to patient-centered service. The facility boasts a supportive leadership team that treats contract staff like their own and ensures a great workplace atmosphere. Staff enjoy flexible schedules, team outings, and occasional complimentary lunches.They are interested in contracts longer than 13 weeks. There is some flexibility but they prefer contracts for a full year with the ability to return renew the contract if it's working out. Patients are scheduled at a pace of two per hour, allowing for thorough and effective treatment sessions. The facility is equipped with a full gym and diverse equipment, encouraging comprehensive rehabilitation strategies.
