About the Opportunity:The Business Intelligence Developer role is focused on designing and implementing business intelligence solutions to support the organization''s mortgage servicing operations. This position plays a key role in developing scalable reporting and data processes that enhance decision-making and operational efficiency. The role contributes by ensuring reliable, timely, and high-quality business intelligence outputs that meet both internal and external client needs.3. Responsibilities:• Develop business intelligence solutions using SQL, views, and stored procedures• Create reports, dashboards, and custom files for internal and external clients• Develop data summarization routines, queries, data cubes, and reporting templates• Manage production tasks and processes within the Business Intelligence department• Build scalable processes to generate reports and data cubes based on business requirements• Develop and maintain BI processes and automated production environments using Microsoft Windows and SQL Server• Collaborate with other developers and departments to maintain scalable processes and coordinate development cycles• Ensure adherence to quality control and BI development lifecycle best practices• Recommend and develop best practices for BI presentation layers including reports and dashboards• Manage workload and monitor delivery efficiency and timeliness• Engage with other departments to address and improve Business Intelligence needs### 4. Requirements:• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field• Minimum 5 years of experience in information systems, technical operations, or Business Intelligence• Proven experience with Microsoft SQL Server tools including queries and stored procedures• Proficiency in SQL programming• Experience managing and supporting BI or IS production environments• Background in financial sector, specifically credit or mortgage industry• Experience with mortgage or credit product servicing; familiarity with MSP or similar platforms preferred• Strong resource management and leadership skills• Effective verbal and written communication across organizational levels• Ability to multitask, prioritize, resolve issues promptly, and work independently5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• Compensation range: $64,800-$121,500 annually, varying based on qualifications and experience6.
