Send us your resume, and start feeling great about what you do.About the RoleAs a Sales Representative, your responsibilities will encompass receiving and relentlessly following up with leads, meeting with homeowners to negotiate deeply discounted purchases of their off-market properties, and adeptly preparing and securing contracts to ensure seamless and triumphant sales procedures. From the instant a lead materializes to the moment you furnish our closing team with a signed purchase agreement, you will play a pivotal role in propelling our business's expansion and achievements. As an indispensable member of our acquisitions team, you will be equipped with all the essential tools and support necessary to excel in this dynamic position.ResponsibilitiesNurture strong client relationships and provide outstanding "referral worthy" serviceEnsure swift responses to all leads and inquiries, within 3 minutes or lessImmediately call back any missed / abandoned callsConduct "discovery calls" with all new seller leads to build rapport and pre-screen sellers based on their motivation level, sense of urgency, and other selling indicatorsFollow our proven sales process to negotiate deeply discounted purchases of off-market propertiesPrepare necessary documentation, including contracts and letters of intent, to facilitate sales transactionsRegular follow up calls, text messages, and emails to all leads on a predetermined schedule based on their motivation level, until the lead is considered "dead"Proactively address client concerns and foster trust throughout the closing processCollaborate efficiently with the team to ensure all transactions close as smoothly as possibleMaintain comprehensive records of all lead interactions in our CRM systemDeliver daily updates for accurate KPI reportingSeek guidance from the sales managers as neededAttend weekly sales training and all company meetingsRepresent EZ Home Partners with professionalism, integrity, and empathyQualificationsExperience: No Real Estate experience is preferred - you'll learn that on the job. But 3+ years experience with a proven track record of consistently being a top performer in B2C Sales, Door-To-Door Sales, High-Ticket Sales, Conflict Resolution, or related fields is a mustEducation: High school diploma required. Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales or a related field preferred, but not mandatoryTechnology: Must have a reliable computer and smartphone, and be software proficient (especially with Google apps for business, Microsoft Office, CRM's, DocuSign, Adobe PDF, etc)Required SkillsStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; adaptable and tech-savvyPreferred SkillsBonus Points Awarded: To those who are bilingual in Spanish, as well as former First Responders, Military NCOs, College Athletes, and BartendersPay range and compensation packageEmployment Status: Full-Time, W-2 employment, 40 hours/week, Monday through Friday, with evenings and weekends as needed by the companySalary: We'll pay you a base salary as a draw against future commissions.Total Income Potential: Incredibly generous tiered commission structure, based on gross profit you generate for the company. The more you generate, the higher your commission split. Quarterly bonuses awarded for exceeding stretch goals. On target annual earnings potential = $100K to $125K for average performers, and much more for top-tier talent.Benefits: Work from home.
