We are seeking a skilled Supervisor/Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in project scheduling, site layout, installing septic systems, operating excavator, skid-steer, loader, dirt roller, etc.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage construction projects from beginning to end
- Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
- Able to install septic systems from start to finish
- Ensure that projects are completed within specified timeframes
- Implement and enforce safety measures on the construction site
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure project success
Skills
- Understanding of OSHA regulations for construction sites
- Ability to read and interpret septic designs and blueprints.
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
