Paid Media Specialist
We are leading the search for a Paid Media Specialist role, playing a critical role in driving lead generation and local market growth across a multi-brand, multi-location franchise system. This role is responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on paid digital media campaigns—primarily across Google Ads and Meta—to support franchisee success while aligning with brand-level strategy and performance standards.This role partners closely with internal marketing, operations, and franchise support teams to ensure campaigns are executed consistently, efficiently, and with a strong focus on ROI. The PaidMedia Specialist also supports franchisees by translating performance data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.This role is ideal for a performance-driven marketer who thrives in fast-moving environments, values testing and optimization, and can clearly articulate what’s working—and why.Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Media Strategy & ExecutionPlan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn.Own day-to-day campaign execution, including targeting, bidding, creative testing, and budget allocation.Make data-driven decisions on what to scale, pause, or sunset based on performance.Performance Optimization & AnalyticsAnalyze campaign performance and translate insights into actionable optimizations.Monitor spend, pacing, and efficiency against lead, pipeline, and ROI targets.Partner with analytics teams on attribution and conversion performance.Budgeting & ForecastingOwn campaign budgets, forecasting, and performance tracking across channels.Ensure efficient use of spend aligned with growth goals.Collaboration & InnovationCollaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities and share insights.Champion testing of new ad formats, platforms, and optimization strategies.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.3–6 years of hands-on paid media experience across search and social.Strong experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn.Proven ability to optimize toward pipeline, revenue, and ROAS goals.Strong analytical and communication skills.Compensation & BenefitsBase salary range: $70,000–$90,000, based on experience and location.Competitive benefits package including health insurance, PTO, and professional development.Growth opportunities as the organization scales.Hybrid work environment (M-Th in office - Friday remote)Nice to HaveExperience with multi-brand, multi-location, or franchise organizations.Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRMs, and conversion tracking.Experience collaborating with agencies or external partners.
