Data Scientist

Overview:We are seeking a Data Scientist / Data Analyst to join a high-impact team focused on delivering data-driven insights and analytics solutions across enterprise datasets. This role will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze data, build reporting solutions, and support strategic decision-making.Qualifications3+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, or a related fieldStrong proficiency in SQL (required)Experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy, or similar libraries)Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similarExperience performing EDA, descriptive analytics, and reportingFamiliarity with data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehousing conceptsStrong communication skills with the ability to translate data into business insightsExperience working with large datasets in cloud environments (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure) is a plusResponsibilitiesPerform exploratory, descriptive, and diagnostic data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and key business insightsWrite complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasetsBuild and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions using tools such as Tableau or Power BIPartner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into data-driven solutionsDevelop and maintain data pipelines and ETL workflows to support analytics and reportingCommunicate findings and insights to both technical and non-technical audiencesSupport data quality, validation, and governance effortsContribute to process improvements and automation to increase efficiency and scalability
