Overview
In this role you lead a small power systems modeling and analytics team for utility clients, delivering high‑quality engineering services remotely. You drive project planning, client interaction, and technical delivery while mentoring engineers and improving processes. You will develop and maintain transmission and distribution models, perform analyses, and automate workflows to raise efficiency. This position combines leadership, hands‑on engineering, and business development within a client‑facing, growth‑oriented environment.
