Project Development ManagerThe position is based in California and offers the opportunity to lead utility-scale Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects from early-stage development through Ready-to-Build (RTB).Key responsibilities include:Managing utility-scale Solar and BESS projects from site control to RTBOverseeing permitting, environmental studies, engineering, and technical workstreamsCoordinating consultants and external stakeholdersBuilding relationships with utilities, landowners, and regulatory agenciesManaging project schedules, budgets, milestones, and development risksThe ideal candidate will have:Utility-scale Solar and/or BESS development experience in the U.S.Experience working within ERCOT, MISO, SPP, and/or ISO-NEStrong knowledge of permitting and regulatory processesExperience managing multidisciplinary consultant teamsExcellent stakeholder management and project leadership skills EOE Statement: Specialist Staffing Group is an equal opportunity employer.
