This role is crucial in maintaining the financial integrity of our operations and supporting our continued growth in the luxury e-commerce space.The Impact you'll makeInvoice Management & ProcessingProcess and reconcile inventory invoices via 3-way matching in NetSuiteUpload and maintain incoming invoices with supporting documentationInvestigate and resolve quantity/price discrepancies between POs and deliveriesPayment Processing & ReconciliationPrepare payment runs using NetSuite and TransfermateProcess wire transfers and ACH transactionsVerify and reconcile vendor statementsRecover deposits from closed and quantity-changed line items Vendor Relations & CommunicationRespond promptly to vendor inquiriesResolve past-due invoice issuesMaintain professional communication with internal departments Financial Documentation & ReportingPrepare and update internal AP spreadsheets and filesAssist with month-end close proceduresSupport additional accounting department requirements as needed Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired:Minimum 3 years of accounts payable experienceProven experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systemsStrong proficiency in Microsoft ExcelExperience with payment processing systemsBackground in invoice reconciliation and 3-way matchingWFH Set-Up:Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.Internet speed of at least 40MBPSHeadset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcamBack-up computer and internet connectionQuiet, dedicated workspace at home Your Superpowers:NetSuite expertiseAdvanced Excel capabilitiesPayment processing systems knowledgeFinancial documentation management You should apply if...
