The Inside Sales Representative will engage with prospective customers, manage inbound inquiries, and build strong relationships to foster new business opportunities. Responsibilities include providing product information, creating detailed quotes, processing orders, and maintaining accurate customer records. Additional tasks include contributing to sales strategies, addressing customer needs, and supporting the sales team with administrative tasks to help achieve sales goals.QualificationsProven sales and communication skills to build lasting customer relationships and effectively present solutions.Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and data entry to manage sales pipelines and maintain customer records.Organizational and multitasking skills to handle sales inquiries, process orders, and support administrative tasks effectively.Problem-solving and active listening skills to address customer needs and provide tailored solutions.Prior experience in a sales role, especially in furniture, retail, or related industries, is a plus.Basic computer skills and familiarity with office tools such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or marketing is a plus.
