This role is responsible for managing customer RFQs, sourcing aerospace components, coordinating internal execution, and delivering accurate, timely quotations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment and brings experience in aerospace distribution, brokering, or MRO support.What You'll DoManage daily RFQ workload assigned by Sales Management, including follow-ups and customer requestsSource aerospace parts using industry tools and databases (e.g., ILS, PartsBase, ERP systems, historical records)Coordinate with procurement, expediting, and sales support teams to ensure on-time fulfillmentGenerate and deliver accurate customer quotes within daily deadlines using ERP systemsResolve order-related issues such as shortages, lead time changes, and rejected material with vendors and internal teamsMaintain proactive communication with customers regarding pricing, availability, and order statusSupport continuous improvement in quoting accuracy, responsiveness, and customer satisfactionStep in to support or lead priorities in the absence of the Sales ManagerWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Business or related field OR 3–4 years of aerospace inside sales experienceExperience in aerospace distribution, brokering, MRO, or trading environment strongly preferredStrong Microsoft Excel skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environmentBasic understanding of pricing math (margins, markups, percentages)Strong attention to detail, organization, and accountability
