Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Guest Services Manager to oversee the seamless operation of our facility. This full-time position requires flexibility for evening and weekend shifts. The Guest Services Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring both guests and staff feel supported and valued. This role will have a strong emphasis on driving membership sales, corporate packages, and program sales, while maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring exceptional customer service and resolving any issues promptly. As well as overseeing the implementation of a seamless guest flow throughout the space.
Sales and Marketing: Drive membership and program sales through effective lead generation, outreach, and follow-up strategies.
Corporate Sales: Develop and execute strategies to attract corporate clients and manage corporate sales packages.
Team Management: Schedule and manage staff effectively to ensure smooth operations and alignment with budgetary goals.
Space Management: Oversee the flow of the space to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
Financial Oversight: Monitor and manage budgetary targets related to guest services, sales initiatives, and operational expenses.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on guest feedback, sales metrics, and operational performance to management.
Training and Development: Train and mentor guest services staff to uphold high service standards and enhance their professional growth.
Administrative Tasks: Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, maintain accurate records, and manage reservations effectively.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a guest services or hospitality management role, preferably within the wellness industry.
Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and manage relationships effectively.
Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team towards achieving common goals.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
