If you’re someone who wants to make an impact and be trusted to do it, you’ll fit right in.Why this role mattersThis isn’t a traditional AP role.You’ll be on the front lines of ensuring payments are accurate, risks are managed, and fraud is caught before it happens. Your work directly impacts how quickly drivers get paid, and how safely we operate as a business.What you’ll doEnsure accurate and timely payments by reviewing carrier and broker documentationVerify transaction accuracy by matching bills of lading, rate confirmations, and invoicesMake risk-based decisions to approve transactions or escalate concernsIdentify inconsistencies, abnormal patterns, or potential fraudulent activityCommunicate with drivers, carriers, and brokers to resolve invoicing issuesPartner closely with Customer Service and Sales teams to keep things movingWhat we’re looking forStrong attention to detail and ability to interpret financial and logistics documentsSound judgment and a risk-aware mindsetClear and professional communication skills (written and verbal)Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentBachelor’s degree preferredExperience in logistics, finance, or accounts payable is a plusBenefits & PerksEmployee stock options.
