Sales Account Manager

Cranemasters is seeking a results-driven Strategic Territory Manager to lead revenue growth across the Carolinas through Central Florida region. This role combines strategic planning, hands-on sales execution, and leadership to expand market presence, strengthen customer relationships, and drive measurable business outcomes.You’ll own the full sales cycle, partner closely with Operations for seamless service delivery, and play a key role in building long-term client partnerships across the railroad and industrial sectors.Key Responsibilities Drive revenue growth by developing new business and expanding existing accounts across the territoryOwn the full sales cycle, including lead generation, proposals, pricing, and contract negotiationBuild and maintain strong relationships with railroad, industrial, and emergency response clientsTrack pipeline, forecasts, and performance using CRM tools and report insights to leadershipPartner with Operations to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfactionGather market intelligence to refine sales strategies and improve competitive positioningRepresent Cranemasters at industry events, customer meetings, and emergency response situationsSupport marketing efforts and broader business growth initiativesSkills/Qualifications Proven success in B2B sales with consistent revenue growth3+ years of sales leadership or team mentoring experienceExperience in railroad, industrial, or related industries preferredStrong skills in negotiation, relationship management, and strategic sellingProficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft OfficeHighly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple prioritiesWillingness to travel up to 75%Valid driver’s license; Bachelor’s degree preferredWork Environment & RequirementsExtensive travel throughout the Carolinas and into FloridaAvailability to support emergency response situations as needed (24/7 environment)Ability to work outdoors during site visits in varying weather conditionsOccasional lifting of up to 50 lbsWhy join Cranemasters?Cranemasters is a leading provider of emergency railroad services operating 24/7 across the country.
