Administrative Support Specialist

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and no two days look exactly the same.If you're an Excel power user, love keeping things organized, and enjoy supporting multiple teams to keep operations running smoothly, we'd love to connect.Responsibilities:Enter and maintain item records in vendor databases (following vendor-specific guidelines)Set up new product records in internal systemsAccurately input and manage purchase ordersUpdate internal databases and vendor portals with product informationMaintain order forms with up-to-date inventory levels and ETAsProcess orders for select vendorsPartner with our warehouse team to resolve UPC and product-related issuesJump in where needed; responsibilities may shift throughout the dayExperience:Advanced/Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills (required)Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, etc.)Strong organizational, time management, and communication skillsExceptional attention to detailMinimum 2+ years of experience in an office environment (team-based experience preferred)Ability to take direction while also working independentlyProactive, adaptable mindset with the ability to manage shifting prioritiesStrong willingness to learn and growWhy Join Us:Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)Health insurance benefits (medical, dental, and vision)Opportunities for career growthSupportive, creative work environment
