SAP Master Data Technical Lead

Title: SAP MDG / S4HANA Master Data Technical LeadLocation: Norwood, MA (Onsite/Hybrid)Employment Type: ContractStatus: Accepting CandidatesAbout the roleWe are seeking a senior SAP MDG / S4HANA Master Data Technical Lead to support master data delivery, governance, integration, data quality, and compliant SAP solutions. This role partners across business, operations, and technical teams to resolve complex master data challenges and drive delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesLead SAP MDG and S/4HANA master data delivery, governance, migration, validation, and lifecycle management.Translate business requirements into scalable and compliant SAP master data solutions.Support GxP/SOX compliance, design governance, audit readiness, and risk mitigation.Ensure end-to-end integration across SAP modules and external systems.Partner with Business Owners, Digital, and Operations teams on technical direction and solution delivery.Present complex issues, recommendations, and solutions to executive stakeholders.Qualifications5+ years of relevant experience with a B.A./B.S., or 3+ years with an M.S.Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, master data management, and data quality methodologies.Experience with SAP MDG / Master Data Governance and master data delivery.Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, preferably GxP/SOX.Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, supply chain, or manufacturing environments preferred.Strong organization, presentation, stakeholder management, and independent problem-solving skills.Compensation (MA Pay Transparency):Estimated hourly range: $70–$85/hr (W-2).Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
