Our products improve the health, safety and efficiency of facilities worldwide.Job OverviewWe are seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategy, direction, and commercial success of CRC's product portfolio. This role defines what we build and why, translating market needs, customer insights, and business objectives into clear product direction and actionable requirements.You will own the full product lifecycle and P&L performance, working cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and applications to ensure products are successfully developed, launched, and adopted in the market.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn product portfolio strategy and roadmap aligned to market opportunities and business objectivesDefine product requirements (PRDs/MRDs) based on VOC, field insights, and market analysisOwn product line P&L, including pricing strategy, margin performance, and revenue growthLead product launch and commercialization efforts, including positioning, messaging, and sales enablementDrive cross-functional alignment across engineering, manufacturing, sales, and support teamsConduct competitive analysis and define product positioning and differentiation strategiesForecast demand and coordinate with operations to align inventory, supply, and production planningIdentify and prioritize product improvements, new features, and portfolio simplification opportunitiesServe as the business owner of the product line in customer discussions, strategic opportunities, and internal decision-makingRelated Skills and Experience5+ years of product management or related experience with ownership of product lines or portfoliosDemonstrated experience owning product strategy, roadmap, and commercial outcomes (P&L, pricing, forecasting)Ability to translate customer and market needs into clear product requirements and business decisionsStrong cross-functional leadership skills with experience working closely with engineering and operations teamsAnalytical and strategic thinking with the ability to make decisions with incomplete informationExcellent communication skills with ability to influence across technical and commercialPreferred ExperienceExperience with technical products (HVAC, building automation, industrial systems, or embedded hardware/software systems)Familiarity with systems involving integrated hardware, firmware, and softwareExperience supporting product launches in operational or manufacturing-driven environmentsKnowledge of BACnet, airflow control systems, or critical environment applicationsMBA or equivalent business
