Job SummaryKNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES: Tools, materials, working practices, custodial maintenance, e.g., heating and ventilating; grounds keeping. Plan and organize the work involved in custodial repair and maintenance work of school buildings and grounds; direct the work of the custodial maintenance staff; follow oral and written directions; obtain and maintain rapport with students, faculty and parents.
