E-Logic is seeking an experienced and strategic Program Manager to support a proposed IT Finance Management and Operational Support initiative for the New York City Department of Education (NYC DOE). This position is part of a competitive proposal effort and is contingent upon contract award.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading large-scale IT programs, managing cross-functional teams, and supporting public sector or government clients. This role requires strong leadership, executive communication, and operational oversight capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact and accountable leader for the overall programLead program governance, delivery management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic oversightOversee multiple workstreams, including:Strategic PlanningFinancial OperationsInnovation InitiativesProject Management Quality Assurance (PMQA)Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of project deliverables and ongoing support servicesFacilitate executive-level reporting and presentations for senior leadershipIdentify, manage, and mitigate program risks, issues, dependencies, and escalationsCoordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with project goals and client expectationsSupport continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence across the programRequired QualificationsMinimum of 8 years of Program Management experience supporting large-scale IT or consulting initiativesStrong experience working with government, education, or public sector clients preferredDemonstrated success managing complex, multi-year programs and multiple stakeholdersExcellent leadership, communication, and executive presentation skillsStrong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesPMP certification or equivalent project/program management certification preferredPreferred SkillsExperience managing enterprise-level operational support programsFamiliarity with financial management and PMQA methodologiesAbility to work effectively in fast-paced and highly collaborative environmentsExperience supporting proposal-based or contract-driven engagements is a plusNote: This is not a fully remote position.
