Job Title: Associate, Landscape ArchitectureRole SummaryThe Associate in Landscape Architecture is a key technical and design leader within the firm. This individual is responsible for managing portions of complex projects, leading small to mid-sized design teams, and ensuring that design intent is successfully translated into technical documentation. The role requires a balance of creative design, technical proficiency, and emerging project management skills.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Production: Lead the development of conceptual designs, master plans, and 3D renderings. Oversee the production of high-quality construction documentation (CD) sets, including layout, grading, drainage, and planting plans.Project Management: Assist in managing project budgets, schedules, and deliverables. Coordinate with sub-consultants (civil engineers, architects, and MEP) to ensure seamless integration of landscape elements.Client Relations: Participate in client meetings and presentations. Act as a primary point of contact for technical questions during the design and construction phases.Technical Oversight: Perform site analyses and feasibility studies.
