The attorney will be responsible for representing clients in criminal cases, conducting legal research, preparing legal documentation, and advising clients on their rights and legal options. Additional duties include appearing in court, negotiating settlements, and ensuring comprehensive case preparation.QualificationsFlorida Bar admission in good standing - RequiredBilingual (English/Spanish) - RequiredYou must have at least two years of experience handling criminal law cases.Strong expertise in Criminal Defense Law, including Criminal Law and Criminal DefenseProficiency in general legal principles and application of LawExcellent research skills to support case preparation and legal strategyOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage cases effectively and work independently while meeting deadlinesTrial Experience is a plus
