Data Analyst

This position will be onsite three days per week and remote two days per week.Scope of Responsibilities: The Data Analyst is responsible for delivering accurate and timely regulatory filings while supporting enterprise reporting across underwriting, finance, and operations. This role balances compliance obligations with ongoing business reporting needs, ensuring efficient use of capacity throughout regulatory cycles. The Analyst partners cross-functionally to produce reliable reporting, maintain data integrity, and support both statutory requirements and internal decision-makingJob Summary: The Data Analyst partners with Regulatory and Compliance, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Data & Analytics teams to develop and maintain scalable reporting processes that support both regulatory requirements and business operations. This role translates regulatory and business requirements into structured reporting outputs, ensures data accuracy from source to submission, and supports operational performance reporting. The Analyst improves reporting efficiency through standardization and automation while strengthening audit readiness and reducing compliance risk.Manage and deliver required state and federal regulatory reports within established timelinesInterpret legislative and regulatory requirements and translate them into reporting specificationsGather, validate, and reconcile data required for regulatory submissionsMonitor regulatory changes and assess impact on reporting requirementsSupport audits, inquiries, and regulatory responses with required documentation and analysisMaintain documentation of filings, methodologies, and supporting dataProduce recurring business reports, dashboards, and performance metricsAnalyze client performance, trends, and utilization patternsSupport Operations through data preparation, analysis, and reporting inputsBuild and document repeatable, scalable reporting processesAutomate manual reporting processes in partnership with Data & AnalyticsEnsure data integrity, traceability, and auditability from source to outputPerform data validation and reconciliation across systems and reportsIdentify and implement improvements to reporting accuracy and efficiencyCommunicate reporting outputs and insights clearly to stakeholders and leadershipComplete all mandatory and regulatory training programsParticipate in knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiativesPerform other duties as assignedJob Skills RequiredStrong investigative, analytical, and technical skillsStrong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlinesAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQLAbility to interpret regulatory and legislative language and translate into reporting requirementsKnowledge of data validation, reconciliation, and quality controlStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills and collaborative mindsetEducation: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Data Analytics, Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related fieldExperienceS. in Business Administration, Business Analytics, or related fieldAbility to translate business questions and partner requirements into systematic processesVery Strong communication and problem-solving skillsHealthcare industry experience a plusMS-SQL Server and relational database experienceFamiliarity with BI, ETL and reporting tools a plusCompensation$65,000-70,000 per year.The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience and education.KPH Healthcare Services, Inc. is a multistate organization and abides by all local, state and federal regulations as it pertains to minimum wage requirements.
