We take pride in being responsive, organized, and delivering consistent quality in the field.The Role We are seeking a hands-on Landscape Operations Manager to oversee daily field operations. This role ensures our crews, equipment, and jobs are executed efficiently and to standard. You will act as the bridge between the office and the field, driving accountability, quality, and productivity.This is a field-driven role. The right candidate is comfortable leading teams on-site, solving problems in real time, and maintaining a high standard of execution.Key ResponsibilitiesCrew Management & LeadershipSupervise and support multiple field crews (typically 3-person teams)Ensure crews are on time, prepared, and executing work per scopeTrain and enforce company standards, safety practices, and SOPsHold crew leaders accountable for quality, efficiency, and completionAddress performance issues and provide coachingOperations & SchedulingCoordinate daily routes and job assignments using JobberEnsure maintenance schedules (30-visit programs) are executed properlyAdjust schedules based on weather, priorities, and client needsSupport routing efficiency and labor optimizationQuality ControlConduct regular site visits to ensure work meets company standardsIdentify issues proactively and implement corrective actionsCommunicate with the office on service quality and client concernsEquipment & Asset ManagementOversee trucks, trailers, and equipment (mowers, blowers, etc.)Ensure proper maintenance, organization, and cleanlinessTrack and report equipment issues promptlyEnforce crew accountability for tools and inventoryClient & Field CoordinationServe as a field point of contact when neededEnsure scope clarity and prevent unauthorized workSupport installation and enhancement projectsQualifications3–7+ years of experience in landscape operations or field service managementProven experience managing crews and field executionStrong knowledge of lawn maintenance, pruning, and South Florida plant materialBonus: Knowledge of tree care, fertilization programs, and pesticide/herbicide applicationsOrganized with the ability to manage multiple crews and prioritiesStrong leadership and accountability mindsetComfortable using technology (Jobber or similar systems is a plus)Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus)What We’re Looking ForTakes ownership and leads from the frontDetail-oriented with a high standard for qualitySolution-focused and calm under pressureStrong communicator who can align teams and expectationsUnderstands both efficiency and client satisfactionCompensationSalary range: $70,000 – $90,000 (based on experience)Performance-based incentivesCompany vehicle (if applicable)Growth opportunity within a growing companyWhy Join Us We are building a company with strong systems, clear expectations, and a commitment to doing things the right way.
